By using Asgard ("the Bot"), accessing our website, or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Asgard is a Discord bot providing server security, management, moderation, and community tools. We offer free (BSS) and paid (ESS, VIP) license tiers with different feature sets.
License keys are non-transferable and tied to a single Discord server (Guild ID). Keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed. Violations will result in immediate revocation without refund.
You agree not to use Asgard to harass or abuse other users, violate Discord's Terms of Service, engage in illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the bot, or use the service to cause harm to third parties.
We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time license purchases. Renewals and keys that have been used to activate features are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@asgardbot.xyz.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, Discord outages, or unforeseen circumstances may cause downtime.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Asgard at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
Asgard is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord support server.
