• Server Data: Guild IDs, server names, icons for servers you manage.
• Usage Data: Command usage, moderation actions, and bot config settings.
• License Data: License keys, activation dates, expiry dates, and associated server IDs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process license activations, authenticate users via Discord OAuth, send important service notifications, and prevent abuse of our platform.

3. Data Storage

User and server data is stored in JSON files on our secure servers. License information is stored in verified_keys.json. We implement reasonable security measures to protect this data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users, or with Discord as part of the authentication flow.

5. Discord OAuth

Our website uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. When you log in, Discord shares your profile information with us. You can revoke our access at any time via Discord Settings → Authorised Apps.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you have an active account or license. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

7. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to maintain your login state on the dashboard. These are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
